Abundance
When you think of abundance, what comes to mind? Is it just money, or do you believe you can be abundant in other ways? I believe that having abundance can come in many forms. It could be having loving friends, family, partnerships, or pets, having plenty of food and water, and even being in good health.
Don't get me wrong; money is necessary and enables you to live the life you want. The problem is that we can get stuck in a scarcity mindset without realizing that there is plenty to go around. Learning how to be in an abundance mindset, one where you are grateful for what you already have, can bring in more abundance.
Money is energy, and we can have limiting beliefs around this energy. For example, maybe you grew up in an environment where your parents struggled to make ends meet. As a young child, you saw how hard they worked, and without knowing it, you became conditioned to think that having money means struggling.
As an adult, your perspective on money unconsciously stayed the same, having to struggle. Therefore you repeat a similar pattern to your parents and feel that this is how it should be. That would be called your limiting belief. And the first step to changing anything would be to recognize the story around money you're telling yourself.
For now, I can give you one piece of advice my coach gave me when I felt I had a block around money. And that piece of advice is to write a love letter to money. It might sound a bit silly, but it works. Not only does it build confidence to bring more abundance into your life, but it can also make you aware of any limiting beliefs that you may have on the topic.
Bringing abundance into my life is something that I continue to work on daily. The main thing is to start each day in a place of gratitude and appreciate what you already have. I hope that whatever you want to bring into your life, you can let go of your limiting beliefs and live in abundance.
Sending love & light,
Lauren
