Wellness Wednesdays Speaking Event

I'm excited to announce that Wednesday, August 26th, I will participate in my first live speaking event. The panel will be taking place during our weekly Wellness Wednesdays meetup at Camp 308, Pererenan, Canggu, Bali, from 10 am to 12 pm. 

For those in Bali, please join three other incredibly powerful women and me as we share our stories focusing on narcissism. It will be led by the fantastic storyteller Bhavna Parihar, who brings it all creatively together.

Narcissistic abuse, whether family, friends, or romantic relationships, was something I used to attract repeatedly in my life until I recognized the role I was playing. The obstacle is that most of us, including the narcissistic, don't know we are even engaging in such behavioral patterns. 

For now, I'm not going to go into too much of a discussion about narcissism, I will save it for another blog post, but it is something I'm passionate about sharing. And by sharing my personal story, I hope to bring awareness and teach others how to cope or see the red flags with such behaviors. 

Wellness Wednesdays is a remarkable, loving space for women to come together created by the beautiful Belinda Ngassa. During my time in quarantine, I had the intention to look for a tribe of like-minded individuals, and Wellness Wednesdays became my anchor. It's a space to connect without judgment, learn, inspire, grow, and give guidance and support when needed. 

I'm beyond grateful for this community that allows me to be vulnerable in ways I never thought possible. This week's discussion about narcissism is just the beginning, as next month, I have the honor to speak again about addiction. We can empower each other and heal as a collective by sharing our stories.
