Planting Seeds
Have you ever taken time to focus inward and recenter self? Do you set goals (plant seeds) and take action to watch those seeds grow into fruition?
I've noticed that I go through phases where I decide to refocus my attention inward. Maybe it's the natural introvert in me that's telling me to recharge. Whatever the case, during these times, I set goals, focus on creative projects, take on challenges, and create healthier habits:
☑️ No alcohol (It's been 74 days - Goal 90).
☑️ A plant-based diet (30 days accomplished).
☑️ Quit Vaping (60 Days & Counting).
☑️ Learning (Marisa Peers 21 Day Abundance Challenge).
☑️ Purging Process (letting go of things that no longer serve me internally or externally. It may have caused a few breakdowns that ended with significant breakthroughs).
☑️ Laser focuses on building and expanding my career, passions, and other creative projects.
☑️ Writing (It's been a while, but I'm working on my book again).
☑️ And this past week, I've incorporated a 30-day yoga & meditation challenge (3 days down - 27 to go).
Now that I'm feeling refreshed, aligned, and grounded, I'm ready to share a few of the seeds, not all just yet, that I've been planting...
First, if you follow my stories on social media, you may have noticed that my partner and I are renovating/building our dream home together in Bali. This project has been a considerable learning process and is also dear to my heart since I've been entrusted with choosing every minute detail. Follow @villa_serenity-bali
Second, I've got new projects stirring in my shop, L.E.MENTS. If everything goes according to plan, the goal is to be launching my new merchandise before the year's end! Follow @l.e.ments
It would be safe to assume that I have a lot going on. But the best part is I'm incredibly excited about it all, even when it can be a bit stressful. It's all about remembering to breathe, staying present, knowing when to say Yes or No, and self-care.
The journey is worth it, and I'm so fucking grateful!
Please stay tuned!!
Sending love,
Lauren
